These Terms of Use govern the access and use of Quicktal’s services. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business clients and individuals aged 18 and older.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must register for an account, providing:
First name, surname, email, role, and password.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Pricing: Single payments, monthly subscriptions, or annual subscriptions.
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellations: Can be initiated anytime but apply only at the end of the purchased period.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
4. AI Services
Quicktal’s AI provides recommendations for CV adjustments. Final decisions rest with the user.
Disclaimer: Quicktal is not liable for outcomes based on AI recommendations.
5. Ownership of Content
Users retain ownership of all data and CV content uploaded. We do not claim rights to your materials.
6. Service Guarantee and Liability
We guarantee 99% uptime for our SaaS platform (if hosted on our partners server).
Limitation of Liability: Quicktal’s liability is capped at the amount paid by the user for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Users may terminate their accounts if Quicktal fails to meet uptime guarantees or if the user’s company declares bankruptcy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Estonian law, and disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a website notice.
